To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as received and should be in secured packaging.
Once you’re eligible for a return or refund, we will promptly replace the product with the same item if it’s available in our stock. In the rare event of unavailability of replacement, we will gladly accept the return of the shipment for refund.
Credit Note:
We care about convenience, so if preferred an alternative to a refund, we can issue a credit note for the same value. Which can be utilized for future purchase with us.
